The Midnight Gospel Review

Just finished watching this show on Netflix three nights ago.

It’s created by Pendelton Ward (Adenveture Time) and it’s based on a podcast I’ve never heard of.
This series is particularly interesting as 80% of the audio for each episode comes from the podcast itself.

A random guy goes into different simulations and interviews people and/or things.

Without giving spoilers away, at times the show can be crass, and how much your willing to take depends on your preferences; however, the conversations the characters engage in have so much to offer and think about.

I personally loved it! When it comes to adult-targeted animation, it’s nice to see a series that doesn’t rely on apathy as a substitute for principles and gives an expose on how life is meaningless.
